Joly Plastics started the GIFAS Phase II Industrial Performance program within the Esterline cluster in early 2019. The goal by March 2020 is to maintain a level of excellence already achieved for our aerospace operations. Indeed, the OTDs are already greater than 98% while the MPCs are less than 1 000 over the current financial year. It should be noted that Joly Plastics, a Delta Plasturgy group company, was awarded the Airbus Extended-SQIP Award “Best Performer” last March by COBHAM, Airbus’ tier 1 supplier. This award recognizes the best OTD and the smallest amount of defective parts. Goal fully achieved for Delta Plasturgy which displays zero delay and zero defective part.
